I came accros the Operation Sheild at Hunts Cross a few weeks ago and Liverpool Central on a Few Saturdays.
In my book there sholud be more of it and no reson why they cant do it more offten rather than just near christamas. |

They started this a few years ago at Luton Station for the local carnival, and everyone was appalled at just how much metal work was being carried.
Now it's part of the SOP every year that all passengers arriving off trains have to walk the gauntlet of dogs and metal tunnels. And some of the dogs get excited when they smell restricted drugs too....gotcha !! |

Obviously the riff-raff in Liverpool dont carry mobile phones to warn each other of the trap.
